Wishes by Tracy Blackwolf

Hello everyone-
Here is my blog post for today. Just a simple tag . Enjoy.

I used spray stains in various blues for the background. I  stamped the dandelion in white pigment ink and embossed with white embossing powder. I used sticker words for the sentiment and I glued a rhinestone onto each of the dandelion seeds flying off.

Short and sweet.

You are here by Cathy N

Today I have a bookmark for you all. Yes, I still read paper books. I love the smell of them.

I started off by using a piece of mixed media paper. The size I used is 2in X 7in for the bookmark. I then grabbed some bright colors of distress inks. It really doesn't matter how or where you put the colors of ink on the paper. The main thing is leaving space to add the black ink.

I added the black ink to all the empty spots on the bookmark. For the black ink I didn't use distress ink. I didn't want to have my black ink have water marks on it. After that I took some water to make some drops on the colored parts. When that was dry, I added some white paint splatter to it. I then layered it on white cardstock,

I then stamped Alien Pez and you are here on some white cardstock and colored and cut out. I added them to the bookmark, and it was done.

She was a dreamer ► Majo

Good morning, my dear friends.

Today I show you a card I created just for fun, no special occasion. I just needed some color in the dull light of the days in winter.

I applied distress ink to a watercolor panel and stamped my background images on top. The birds also got some texture with the “Writing and Scribble Collage” stamp.

Have fun crafting!

The Stamps I used:

Way Bill –
19416

Writing and Scribble Collage - 20695

Ray Silhouette - 19896

Sentiment 19635 from plate 1459

Caged by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Todays project is an art tag,

For this I started with spraying the background with various colors, drying in-between until I got the blend I wanted.
Then I stamped all of my images and fussy cut them out.
I used  the impresslit die for the wings. I also stamped the cage on acetate once. I then Colored all of images. I used guliding wax on the wings. I wiped it on with my finger. Next I spattered on some brown ink and dried it and then I spattered some white ink. I then took my brown ink pad and inked the edges of the tag all around.
I then assembled all the parts together. I used foam tape on all except acetate cage front. I used a glow in the dark eye from my stash. last I stamped the barbed wire.  I painted the cage stand with metallic watercolor paints. That is all for this fun tag,

Just a bad day by ~*Arwen*~

 Hi Lovelies ❤

Welcome back!

Today I have to share a new flip card.

Some close-ups:

And that's the way, I made it:

1.) First I choose a motif that I want to use. I stamp it with VersaMark and dust it with embossing powder.

2.) I position the stamp in the middle of the card. Embossed - the result is a great purple/gold glitter effect.

3.) I stamp more hearts on my sheet. I embossed these too. Then I add embossing powder randomly. I blow-dry this from the bottom so that the powder doesn't blow off the paper.I then color the entire sheet.

4.) After coloring, I add a few spritzes of shimmer spray and let it dry.

5.) Now that my background is finished, I stamp the same design again, cut it out and color it. Finally, I add a saying.

6.) My map is now almost finished. To make the heart stand out beautifully, I cover it with foam from behind. A little eyelet heart, a pretty crochet border and the flip card is ready.

All stamps, I used:

- Squiggle Heart

- It's just a bad day

other supplies:

- Watercolorpaper

- Cardstock

- Staz on

- VersaMark

- Embossing powder

- handmade watercolors

- crochet border

- eyelet

See ya soon  *mwah*

Fishy fun by Cathy N

Goodmorning all, Cathy here with a fishy postcard for you today.

I started out with a watercolor postcard, and I used a blue distress oxide ink to make the background for my underwater postcard.

I started with the sand dune to make the sand of the bottom of the sea. I colored them in with copic markers. I stamped the branch with leaves in some random spots on the bottom to look like seaweed.

Next, I stamped the angel fish  and the  striped fish on the background. I then stamped them again on white paper and colored them with copic markers and cut out and glued them where I had stamped them.

But before I glued the fish down, I stamped solid bubbles in the same blue distress ink I made the background from.

                                                          Stamped Used:

                                                        10759 angel fish

                                                        10766 solid bubbles

                                                        10767 branch with leaves

                                                        10760 striped fish

                                                        2558 sand dune

Forever Yours by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello Everyone!

Todays project is a card for Valentines day- Enjoy!

I started with the background, I sprayed distress stain saltwater taffy first.  Then spread it around with a paint brush. next I sprayed some lost shadow and last, black soot. I let them run the card as it stood up to get a blend.

Then I added some lumberjack plaid -red
Then I dried it with my heat tool. Next I cut out Poe and the Raven. The wings I've had in my stash but they were browns so I sprayed them with Black soot distress stain

I fussy cut everything out. The heart I added Glossy accents for that shine. The sentiment I typed up on my computer and added to the head stone. Painted Poe and the raven and used foam tape on some and just double stick tape on the rest.
